what does size of quantum mean?

Have this question...

Calculate the size of the quantum involved in the excitation of
1. an electronic motion of frequency 1 x 1015 Hz
2. a molecular vibration of period 2.0 x 10-14 s
3. a pendulum of period .50s

what is meant by size of quantum?

it's probably about energy quantisation if it doesn't say anything
