Chromatography Help
« on: June 19, 2007, 12:57:35 AM »
I have this plant extract that I want to separate. I have no access to HPLC (I've tried contacting university researchers for about six months now), and I've already tried TLC and Column Chromatography. I can easily get the active fraction of the plant extract, but I can't separate the extract down any further.

Perhaps I should try column chromatography on the active fraction? Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Change solvent, change column packing.
