Here in canada, quebec. All fertelizers/stump removers have been banned becasue of our government. Now i want to know is there any way of making KNO3 or another chemical that will have the same reactions in a KNO3 smoke bomb.

I know a way of using dirt that is high in nitrate, but i am unclear about that method.

If you guys have any other ways/methods of getting or making KNO3 please leave a comment on how you made it!
