By analogy with Wilkinson's catalyst, perhaps CoCl3 + PPh3 in ethanol?

Or perhaps links like http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/BF00953474 (if your Russian is any good :)

May be you find also information or reference on its synthesis inside

Point taken, I don't have easy access to the literature at the moment, and was just giving some ideas. It's rare that you find exactly what you're after in the literature when making final compounds in my game, and if you can find them it means someone else has already made them, so next to useless for patent exemplification ;)
