Hello everyone,

I start with a peptide coupling between L-Boc-Proline and Glycine methyl ester HCl. Then I do a Boc removal in F3C-COOH, in order to obtain a cyclic dipeptide. After 1 h in F3C-COOH and solvent removal, I dissolve the mixture in methanol and add NEt3. While adding NEt3, my solution starts getting pink and in the end, light purple. Why is this happening to me?!  :o
Ok, enough drama, it´s not affecting the reaction, just wanted to know.
