« on: August 26, 2007, 09:53:22 AM »
In a chemical element, sum of element valence with hydrogen and the maximum of element valence with oxygen is 8.
Example: With Sulfur
The element valence with hydrogen is 2
The maximum of element valence with oxygen is 6
Sum is 8

Why????
Thank you very much!
