Applications of Coordination compounds

Please fellas
I'd like to know the applications of coordination compounds and the principles behind these applications.I havent been able to get anything from Google , Ask and Mama search engines.

Im not sure exactly what kind of applications you are looking for but if you google "nitrogen histidine coordination" you will get some interesting stuff.

cis-platinum - Pt(NH3)2Cl2 is used for treatments cancer.

Many transition metal (Ti, V, Cr, Rh, Ru...) coordination compounds are used as catalysts in polymerization, hydroformation and hydrogenation prosesses.

hi fellas i have seen the applications of coodinations complexes but i need to know the principles behind their applications please.i couldn't get any help from google,ask or mamma
