Zinc quatitation method
« on: August 31, 2007, 10:54:26 AM »
Does anyone know a quick and simple technique to determine zinc quantitation in water?  Does a one step colorimetric assay exist?  What about conductivity?
Thanks
Fozzie

Look at the dithizone or Zincon method. (SM 3500-Zn) You must digest the sample first though.

Hach sells a kit.

You need a conductivity meter for conductivity.
