Help with Neons please...
« on: January 16, 2005, 02:01:28 AM »
Does anybody know if there is a gas that would glow when energy is introduced into it and at what wattage it would glow?  I know neon lights work with electrons but would it work with laser energy too?

It has to be electronic not photonic.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
