I need help with this questions. Which one is the right answer and if possible can you explain why? I think the answer is "b" but I'm not sure.

Question: Although water is a small molecule, it has some properties characteristic of a large molecule. Why isn't this behavior a contradiction?

a. Hydrogen bonds between molecules last only for a very short period of time.
b. The small water molecules form hydrogen bonds between many individual molecules.
c. Compared to other substances, water has a high heat of vaporization and specific heat.
d. Water is a polar molecule and is a good solvent of ionic substances.
e. Since the water molecule is composed of only three atoms, it is relatively small compared to other biological molecules.

Thanks!

This website is a good starting point. Number 4 will help you the most.
"The nine most terrifying words in the English language are, 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help.' " -Ronald Reagan

"I'm for anything that gets you through the night, be it prayer, tranquilizers, or a bottle of Jack Daniels." -Frank Sinatra
