Hi,
Please tell me the better reducing reagent for the reduction of heterocyclic oxime to amine.

Without first knowing what the heteroccle main structure is and any extra (reduction sensitive?) functionalities present in your molecule of interest I would propose:

LiAlH4
Zn/AcOH
NaOEt, or formed in situ from Na + EtOH
BH3
maybe NaBH4
H2/(Pd/Pt/Rh?) catalytic hydrogenation

And enantioselectively using baker's yeast as one possibility.

See pages 1554 - 1555 of March's Advanced Organic Chemistry, March J. & Smith M.B., 5th Ed.
