NH3OH + COOH = ?

Hey guys, i am actually in organic chemistry, but asking this question in this section cause I know its an easy question. If anyone could answer this as soon as possible, would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot folks! Cheers!

No such thing as isolated COOH.

my bad it was attatched to a hydrocarbon, but my T.A said it produces a salt and water, i just dont know what salt, if anyone could help me with that it would be appreciated. Thanks

It's a simple acid base reaction.

NH4OH + R(COOH) --> salt + water

I'm assuming you know about acids and bases since you are in organic chemistry, so you should be able to identify which is the acid and which is the base.

ya, i know the fact it makes a salt and water, I just dont know what salt it makes. Can anyone help me with that?
