Pittcon poster presentation
« on: December 26, 2007, 01:39:45 PM »
Can someone tell me how the poster presentations work at the Pittsburgh conference?  I looked on their websites and saw that there are a lot of posters to be presented, but I am not seeing any description on how the presentations will be carried out.  Will the presenter come up and talk to everyone about his/her poster or is it less formal (ie. standing next to the poster and answer questions)?

ps.
I am not sure if this is the right place for this, so feel free to move the topic.

I'm unsure for pittcon in particular, but at other major conferences you usually just stand at your poster and people will come by.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex
