Probably very few analytical chemists, organic synthetic chemists, chemical production engineers, or high school students are well versed in the topic of film and media storage temperatures.  You probably want another forum, or maybe a quick Google search.

What is chemical reaction of film, as related to temperature?  Probably too complex to understand.  Besides, so what, if someone knows the oxidation product of film or tape media, and oxygen, or with itself, in the presence of moisture, or not?  In the end, the media is degraded, and the information is lost.

OK, I understand fully that English is not your first language.  But, try to write your questions as complete thoughts.  Changing topics in the middle, going from film storage in an industrial setting, to cleaning/repair of home movies, is simply not helpful. 

Also "fix" in film developer's jargon, is the term for making the latent image permanent, do you mean it in that sense?
