Proving pKa=pH from equation of Buffer capacity
« on: October 31, 2007, 10:57:33 PM »
Can someone outline the procedure on how to use the buffer capacity equation to prove pKa=pH.

I am guessing I have to take the integral

I have attached the document. Thanks

Quite the opposite - you have to find maximum of the function, that usually means differentiation :)
