« on: November 09, 2007, 02:05:42 PM »
Hey guys, i'm trying to figure out how to do this problem... I haven't been able to. Can some help me please!!! I need to know the answer and how you did it. thanks

what volume, in mL, of 0.6746M hydrochloric acid is required to react with 1.5000g of sodium bicarbonate? Asssume 100% yield.

Balanced equation:

HCl + NaHCO3 --> NaCl + CO2 +H2O

Simple stoichiometry - show what you did and where did you hit the wall.
