Spectroscopy questions

I have done a few Spectroscopy questions already, However I am having troble with these last three problems. Any help would be GREAT!
Here is the link tothe spectroscopy questions.
On worksheet 6b, I need help on #1 and #2.
On worksheet 6a I need help on #4.

splitting is not clear... it seems #1 is butanoic acid and #2 is 2-methyl propanoic acid.

and i think #4 is n-propyl bromide
