Winkler's test for Dissolved Oxygen

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me. I'm trying to do the Winkler's Test for dissolved oxygen however a site says I need Alkali-iodide-azide which I cannot get. I searched wikipedia(haha) but it gives me things like Manganese(II) sulfate 48% or Potassium iodide 15% in potassium hydroxide 70% What do the percentage mean? Are they the molarity? Thanks.

Also, sorry if this is in the wrong part. I think it goes here since I'm in high school and all haha
