Its a [4+2] cycloaddition. Open any Organic Chemistry book and it should be in there.

2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.

it's actually one of the simpler reactions involving a conjugated dienes and alkenes (cyclo included), etc...  ;)
