hi guys, what are the effects of nonstrachy polysaccharide(NSP) to monogastric animal when eaten?

damage protein causBed by mild heat process gives best digestability for monogastric animals and is especially important for young mammals and fish.

damage protein caused by severe heat treatment- best for ruminants due to reduce protein degradability when amino acid composition is well balance.
