is the Thymolphthalein indicator  the same as thymolphthalate?
i mean is Thymolphthalein=thymolphthalate?
if not ?(as i think)that the thymolphthalate is ester prepared by o-pthalylation(addition of phthalate to  phenolic OH of thymol) how to prepare it if i am right in my guessing.
