is it possible to assay chloroquine and similar antimalarials by DIZAOTIZATION (then coupling with beta naphthol) ?
will be the dizaonium salt fomed stabilized by the high molecular weight  long aliphatic chain? or it is exclusively stable in aromatic compound?
