can someone please tell me solubility of zinc sulphate monohydrate , zinc sulphate heptahydrate and zinc oxide in a soil/water solution (alakaline or acid).
i know its a general question about fertiliser but this seems the best site to get an intelligent answer
thanks inadvance.

Zinc oxide is practically insoluble.
The heptahydrate has a solubility of 580g/L
I don't know about the monohydrate

ZnSO4.H2O has solubility in pure water of the same magnitude.
The problem of solubility in soil is quite different ZnO is also soluble to some extent in acidic soil.
But in slightly alkaline soli solubility of sulfate drops down to a very small values beacuse of precipitation of phosphates.
