Is this how you make chemical equation for buffer solution?
« on: February 12, 2008, 10:37:16 PM »
Write a chemcial euqation with acetate buffer( HC2H3O2 and NaC2H3O2) and HCl

H+ +C2H3O2-   ---> HC2H3O2

Write a chemcial euqation with acetate buffer( HC2H3O2 and NaC2H3O2) and NaOH

OH-  + HC2H3O2 ---> H20 C2H3O2-

Write a chemcial equation with ammonia buffer( NH3 and NH4Cl) and HCl
NH3 + H+ ---> NH4+

Write a chemcial equation with ammonia buffer( NH3 and NH4Cl) and NaOH

NH4+ + OH- --> NH3

Can anyone let me know if I'm doing this right? Thanks much

Seems OK.

That's assuming chemcial means chemical ;)
