Topology diagram of Cholera toxin
« on: February 20, 2008, 10:52:25 AM »
Topology diagrams are simple sketches that show the juxtaposition of secondary
structure elements and how these elements are connected in the polypeptide. Cholera
toxin is a protein virulence factor from Vibrio cholera that causes Cholera. The protein is
a homopentamer. Draw a topology diagram for one subunit of cholera toxin.

This is a homework question. I want a program that draws this type of structure for me. I went to TOPS but it wants a PDB code. I did a google search for the code and discovered a million of them and none of them worked in TOPS. Help please. I'm a horrible artist.
