Does anybody have a protocol for the hydrolysis of methyl chloride (bromide, iodide) with all the steps to follow (temperatures, concentrations.... )

Thanks !!  :)

Do a simple scifinder scholar search
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex

I have already done it. Looking in the Internet and in the chemistry books in the library. I already know that it can be performed through a basic hydrolysis and that UV boost the reaction, but i am trying to find a "reliable" protocol, because in all the books i have read they only give a light description how to perform it, and of course i could try to put a drop of high concentrated sodium hydroxide and a UV light on it, but i would like to do things in a "proffesional" way.

Thank you for your answer anyway
