Partial Atomic Charge References

Hello,

I need to know where I can find a reliable resource to site the partial atomic charges (Electrostatic,Mulliken,Natural) for hydrogen peroxide and acetylene.

I have tried the CRC 88th & 77th Editions. I have tried the NIST chemistry webbook. I just can't find a source.
