somabody could tell if the succinic anhydride is able to resonate in oreder to be detected by UV detector by rp-hplc.

Dear Coquim;

At least the  >C=O Group is called a “Chromophore” with a “weak” Absorption  near ~300 nm.

Where exactly your “Succinic Anhydride” will absorb I’m not able to tell you, but in your constellation of two such chromophores combined with an –O– bridge should make it even better detectable.
