the question asks what is the concentration of hydronium ions which is pH remember [OH-] is pOH and [H+] is pH

Remember that
pH+pOH=14
or
[H+][OH-]=10-14

Can you do the algebra to solve?

The problem has nothing with pH and pOH directly. This is a simple equation:
[H3O+] x 140 x [H3O+] = 10-14
