Mobile Phase choice
« on: February 29, 2008, 07:31:53 AM »
Hi everybody!
I´m triying to determinate and quantificate pangamic acid and folic, but i couldn´t separate the peaks on the chromatogram, even triyng differents methods...
I gonna try citric acid as mobile phase and see what happen, and that´s because i don´t want to use any ion-pair method.
If somebody could give me a clue about it i´ll appreciate so much...
thanks in advance!!!!

Are you using silica as the stationary phase? it's very resistant to pH change.
