I need a chemical or product that is oil based, safe for humans, and stinks. I have a competitor who is tearing down my home for sale signs and it is costing me a fortune to replace them. I need something that I can spray on the signs that will not wash off in the rain and it stinks. I want it to be safe just stink.

Get some really really hot peppers, and using gloves, cut them open and spread them all over the signs. The hot chemical (Capsaicin) is not water soluble.

So that their fingers will burn like crazy. Bastards!

you could also put deer musk all over his property or in the radiator of his car...or maybe put some muscalure on the door of his house?

*on second thought these are probably bad ideas, just take video of him doing it and file a complaint with the authorities.
