Coordinate Identity Compounds

I need help please with figuring out how to identify all parts of a molecular formula.  I can't seem to be able to identify between a coordination sphere and the central metal ion.

Can you throw some examples our way?

It's been 8 years since 2nd year inorganic for me, but every formula I remember had the Metal first.
