« on: April 08, 2008, 09:21:16 AM »
Hi people! :D

Doing some test I've found a very important degradation by even an slightly heat, but i could not identify what it is...i have no got any other and possible drugs in order to compare if they are the same... for example, i think a possible degradation might be fludrocortisone.
i was googling but i couldn't find anything... :-\  So, if by any Chance, someone could tell or give me some information I'll appreciate so much.

Thank you so much ppl!!!

i didn't say before but the drug is triamcinolone base ( not acetonide or others). And my analysis was by using rp-hplc...and the peak that i got eluted before than triamcinolone...
