hi. i believe i need your help again. problem is, i'm not sure what happens when Cu(NO₃)₂ + NH₃

also with this:

Zn(NO₃)₂ + NH₃

i tried balancing what i think is the right reaction but i'm not sure how to balance them as well. i'll be waiting for your reply. thanks again for the time.

You'll need products, the correct ones, for these reactions, before you can balance them.  I'll give you one hint, no fewer than 3 different things happen for each of the two reactions you've quoted above. 

There's not much more in the way of hints that I can give you -- you either know what happens, or can look it up in your text or notes.  If you've just done an experiment in class, you should have been taught the relevant reactions, or been assigned to read about them.
