If the following molecules satisfy the octet rule, write stable if not write unstable.

How do you know if they're stable or not?

You determine whether they are stable by determining whether all of the atoms have octets. You need to draw out the lewis structures, and see if any atoms are lacking an octet, or have too many electrons...
