We know that nickel hydroxide is not amphoteric, that means it does not dissolve in an excess of base.Considiring of this, I really wonder that how nickel hyroxide would react with HCl? are there anyone who help me in this question??? .

Nickel hydroxide is a metal hydroxide. Therefore if it is not amphoteric, it is basic. Consider how any basic hydroxide will react with a strong acid like HCl.
