Molecular orbitals extending over more than two atoms provide an explanation for:

Coordinate covalent bonding

Ionic Bonding

Paramagnetism

Resonance

I belive it is not paramagnetism, or resonance.

I do believe the answer is cooridinate covalent bonding, but I can't find anything solid, that differentiates it from ionic bonding, to back me up, except that ionic solids are big blocks of atoms held together by the attraction of all the surrounding ions. Also, there is no description of ions in MO theory.

Can anyone tell me if I am correct?

Do coordinate covalent bonds or ionic bonds involve more than two atoms?
