Liquid chrom. and K+/valinomycin membrane
« on: May 06, 2008, 09:39:48 PM »
I have to separate ethanol and butanol which type of liquid chromatography should I use? I also have to separate isomers of PAH's and was thinking to use size exclusion chromatography, what do you guys think?
Finally for a K+/valinomycin membrane electrode what is the source of the boundary potential?

Thanks
