That all depends on what it is one nanomole of:

mass = no. of moles x relative molecular mass.

1 microgram is equal to .000001 grams.

So now you know how many moles 1 nanomole is.  You have moles, can you convert to grams?

Yes you can. Once you have the moles you can convert it into grams. Once you have grams you can convert it into micrograms by the unit conversion of:

1 gram = 1 000 000 micrograms.
