Is it just the bond energy? or something else.... What is the role of energy liberated during bond formation?

I suppose it can be based on the stability of this. When it isn't stable means that it has a high energy level and versus. The stability depends on the dispersal of charge, the more charge is dispersed, the more stabe the state is
