Preparing solutions for electrolysis
« on: July 21, 2008, 11:14:01 PM »
Hi there, here's a question I'm pretty stumped about... any help would be much appreciated!

Calculate the volumes of CuSO4 and H2SO4 required to prepare the solutions to be used:
a) 200mL of solution which is 0.1M CuSO4 and 0.01M H2SO4

Thank you in advance.

What are the concentrations of the stock solutions that you are preparing from?

Once you have that, start by finding how many moles of the items are in the solution?
