1. Fill a 100-mL beaker with about 50 mL of water.

2. Add two spoonfuls of solid sodium hydrogen carbonate and stir the mixture vigorously for a few minutes (allow the undissovled solid settles to the bottom).

3. After the solid has settled, transfer 30 drops of solution to a test tube.

4. Add a sample of solid sodium chloride. Stir the mixture and allow it to sit for a few min.

5. Describe any change.

What i got was , white precipitate.

Can anyone kindly tell me how do i explain this using "le chatelier's principle"? thanks..greatly appreciating any help
 :)
