MOdelling on CSTH and its Dynamic Behaviour
« on: August 10, 2008, 12:44:53 AM »
Hello guys, now ,  i am trying to solve this problems...it is to describe the dynamic behavior from static and dynamic perspectives of Continous stirred tank heater(CSTH)...
All right, as we know that there are 2 system involved those are tank part and jacket part...this mean there are 2 energy balance and finally produce 2 tranfer functions, one for tank and another for jacket (correct me if i am wrong).

the question need me to find the dynamic behaviour via Simulink software by imposing 4 step changes (+10%.+5%,-10%,-5% from steady state value) to each process input and observe the response of all outputs.

-----------------------------
all right, i have settled the transfer functions part and the problems here is to describe the dynamic behaviour, do I just put two block for transfer function and connecting them with input and output block.... ??? basically,at the first, I am just wanna know what was going on in this problem...

anyone can describe it?
thanks for reply.
