Chemical equation

Quetion:
write a chemical equation of AgCl in water, assuming that AgCl(s) precipation and AgCl2 complexation are the only reaction that control the system.

My SOLUTION:

AgCl + 2Cl- + H2O = AgCl2- + HCl + OH-

Is this equation correct?
