reaction monitoring on LCMS

how much we have to depend on LCMS for progress of rection to monitor? as i am working on entities which are unstable amines & can be monitored only which NMR

NMR can be just a valid means of reaction monitoring as LCMS - the problem you may find is that the run times to get a useful handle on the reaction progress might be rather long, unless you have your own dedicated machine. You may also find problems with the solvent interfering quite a bit more. What is the reaction in question?
