Question- How many ml would it take to prepare 500 ml of a 0.10 M nitric acid (HNO3) solution from a stock solution of nitric acid that is 69.0% pure and has a specific gravity of 1.42 g/ml?

im confused with 69 % stock solution , and where to use specific gravity
can i use M1V1 = M2 V2

What is the mole number of nitric acid in the  solution 0,1M.
What is the mole number of nitric acid in the original solution.
So, can you calculate ?
