I am having trouble with the chemical equations for the the reaction of NH3 with the following: AgOH(s), Co(OH)2(s), Pb(OH)2(s), and Zn(OH)2(s)

Take a look in Cotton and Wilkinson's Advanced Inorganic Chemistry or even just the index of tables in your gen chem book--and look for ammonia complexes of these metals.  That's where you start.  You can probably figure out the rest from there.

In addition, make sure you remember that ammonia, unless specifically noted as being anhydrous, is usually in aqueous solution, where the formula can be written: NH4OH.
