sigh.. i dont qualify. i am not american. i am not a chemistry/physics major.

Im already doing summer classes this year but I would be very intrested in it for next year if they do it again.  Ive wanted to take classes in nuclear and radiochemistry but their not offered at my school.

It will be offered next year.

The reason for the summer school is specifically because campuses don't offer nuclear or radiochemistry classes.

My school, for the first time ever is doing graduate chemistry classes this summer. It will be a nuclear chemistry class, actually.

It is a normal class, not something paid to take by the DOE, though!
