How big is the container
« on: October 03, 2008, 02:40:48 PM »
Same question as my other topic. what formula do I use?

How big is the container?

Additional Information:
One mole of nitrogen and one mole of neon are combined in a closed container at STP.

I need to solve for the volume.

1 mole of any gas at STP occupies 22.4 liters.

OH! Maybe it would have helped if I know the STP.

So the answer would be 44.8 L because it is one mole of nitrogen and neon

Thank you
