Triphenylstannyl lithium (Ph3SnLi) preparation

Can anyone suggest a good method to make Ph3SnLi from Ph3SnCl?  I tried this couple of times Ph3SnCl and Li (metal) in THF, but I couldn't get the lithium to react with Ph3SnCl.

Please share your experiences.

Are there any other efficient ways to make Ph3SnLi?  Need not be from Ph3SnCl.
